Everything you need to know to join the Twitter revolution. Delves into what you most need to know to use Twitter, including the RT, @ sign, DM, back door searches, and the backchannel.
12:00 - 12:45 lunch on your own

Grab your laptop and get some hands-on help wherever you need it.
1:45 - 3:30 strategic tweeting
Covers how to design an effective channel, develop a following, and use "back door searches." Also demonstrates how to use leading Twitter apps and how companies, nonprofits and others are using Twitter to reach people, solve problems and develop their networks.
3:30 - 3:45 break
3:45 - 5:00 the power of the visual
Tap into your audience's strongest sense. Focuses on how to deliver compelling visual storytelling strategies and use videos to connect to broad audiences. Also illustrates ways to make data more visual, interactive and social.
